Insatiable (2017)

Biting Mascot’s Insatiable is a high-action top-down shooter made with Unreal Engine 4. The game’s demo was released on itch.io in 2017.

I worked as both the lead designer and the producer in this project. I directed the game’s vision, designed the core mechanics and also took care of project management and scheduling. In terms of level design, I designed, built and propped the entirety of the demo mission level.

This was my second project with Unreal Engine 4 and I managed to do some blueprint scripting, including level streaming, the doors’ logic and collectibles.

In this project I learned a lot about game production and the design that goes behind top-down shooters. A small part of me would like to revisit this project some day.
